Donate blood, save a life on September 11 at UM Matina
The University of Mindanao in cooperation with the UM Administrative Employees Association (UMAEA) and the Department of Health (DOH) is inviting donors to take part in the 47th Mobile Blood Donation on Sept. 11, Wednesday at the Professional Schools Building in UM Matina campus.
An annual project of the UMAEA, services will be conducted by personnel from DOH and starts at 7:00 am until 11:00am, and organizers advise interested donors to get a good night’s rest and eat a full breakfast prior to donating blood to avoid any complications.
The UMAEA is again expecting a full house on the day as support for this endeavor has always been strong.
There will also be generous tokens of appreciation handed out to the first 500 people who register for donation.
