UM EARNS PQA LEVEL 4: A RECOGNITION OF QUALITY
The University of Mindanao celebrated its win of the Philippine Quality Award (PQA) Level 4 with a reenactment ceremony of the Malacanang conferment at the Auditorium in Matina campus. Present were guests from the Department of Trade and Industry, Commission on Higher Education, and guests from other Davao-based universities and colleges. The event highlighted the grand reveal of the PQA trophy, now proudly displayed at the lobby of the DPT Building. The PQA is the country’s highest recognition for quality in operations across various organizations. In the country, there are only three recipients of the PQA Level 4 award: Toyota Philippines, Unilab Pharmaceuticals, and the University of Mindanao.
