The event was attended by Chief Academic Officer, Dr. Eugenio S. Guhao Jr.; VP External Relations and International Affairs, Dr. Reynaldo C. Castro; Dean Charlito Cañesares of CEE, and Engr. Nicanor Fabracuer, Program Head of the BS Electrical Engineering. The attendees from NGCP were Mr. Junmar M. Biñas, Regional HR Manager; Ms. Farrah Mae C. In their welcome and response messages, both Dr. Guhao and Mr. Biñas underscored the importance of strong industry-academe linkage to strengthen the competence of our graduates in the workplace. The signed MOA only limits to student internship, but both parties discussed possible expansion of the academic collaborations to faculty immersion, career and job fairs, educational field trips, and the like.
After the MOA signing, the guests were taken to a quick tour of the engineering laboratories.
