ARTEI and PAFTE : Most Outstanding Teachers in Region XI are from UM
The Association of Region XI Teacher Education Institutions, Inc. (ARTEI) in cooperation with Philippine Association for Teachers (PAFTE) garnered the Most Outstanding Teachers in Region XI to two UM Teachers.
Dr. Elleine Rose A. Oliva (UM-Main) and Dr. Jose Elmer Oficiar (UM-Tagum), received the award during the ARTEI regional conference last Friday, Dec. 2.
