The University of Mindanao Technology Business Incubator (UMasenso Hub–UM TBI) welcomed representatives from the Bicol Consortium for Regional Startup Enablers (BiCoRSE) on June 19, 2026, for a benchmarking visit aimed at fostering collaboration in innovation, technology business incubation, and entrepreneurship development.
