As part of the HR UMagapay's initiatives, the Human Resource Management and Development Office held its Charging Ceremony on May 12, 2026, celebrating employees who were entrusted with new supervisory responsibilities within the institution.
The morning ceremony was conducted at 10:00 AM at the ICTC 2nd Floor, Bolton Campus for Kristofferson S. Gica, who officially assumed the position of System Development Supervisor. On the same day, the afternoon ceremony was held at 3:00 PM at the UM Tagum HRM Bistro for April Virginia M. Plaza, who officially took on the role as GSTC Supervisor.
The ceremonies reflected the institution's continued pursuit to recognize its employees’ dedication and service in their respective roles.
