ENROLMENT PROCEDURE FOR OLD STUDENTS
Note: For Medical courses (BS Nursing, BS Medical Technology/Medical Science Lab., BS Pharmacy & BS Nutrition & Dietetics, Caregiving NC II) Proceed to UM Center for Health Services (UM Clinic) for submission of the Laboratory results (CBC, Urinalysis, Fecalysis, Chest X-ray, HBSAG Qualitative and Anti-HBS Qualitative) and issuance of Medical Certificate (https://www.facebook.com/UMHealthServices)
ON-SITE ENROLMENT FOR OLD STUDENTS
- Pay downpayment to the Cashier's office and get your official receipt
- Proceed to the Information Desk (Embassy Area) and get a priority number for Admission.
- Wait for your priority number to be called and encoding of subjects.
- Sign and claim your printed Certificate of Matriculation (UM Form 1) at the Admission's office and proceed to I.D. section for the validation of your ID
ONLINE ENROLMENT FOR OLD STUDENTS
- Pay the downpayment through any payment center or bank https://tinyurl.com/UMPaymentChannels2021
- Login to the UM Student Portal through this link student.umindanao.edu.ph
- Under ONLINE ENROLMENT, click on ENROLL COURSE.
- Click on ENLIST to choose your preferred subjects and schedule as advised by the system.
- Click on SUBMIT FINAL for your class schedule. This will serve as the temporary copy of your Certificate of Matriculation (UM Form 1).
- Sign and claim your printed Certificate of Matriculation (UM Form 1) at the Admission's office and proceed to I.D. section for the validation of your ID

- Under ONLINE ENROLMENT, click on ENROLL COURSE.
- Choose your desired session then click YES for the final class schedule. After that, take a screenshot of your enrolled subjects. This will serve as the unofficial softcopy of your Certificate of Matriculation (UM Form 1).
- Wait for the issuance of your University of Mindanao email address through the email address you specified in your Online Student Registration (OSR), Student portal and SMS alert.
- Sign and claim your printed Certificate of Matriculation (UM Form 1) and I.D. at the Admission's office and I.D. section the time you submit the admission requirements.
Note: Submit the following requirements on or before the end of semester:
- Original copy of the High School Card / Senior High School Card (F-138a)
- Original copy of the Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Photocopy of Certificate of Live Birth (PSA) copy
- Photocopy of Certificate of Marriage (PSA) copy, for married woman

Enrollment Procedure for Foreign Students
STEP 1:
Accomplish the BI Form – CGAF and present the required admission documents.
STEP 2:
Proceed to the University Registrar for Interview.
STEP 3:
Proceed to Guidance Services and Testing Center (GSTC) for the admission test.
STEP 4:
Proceed to the Bureau of Immigration for Application of Student Visa.
STEP 5:
Fill out the Student General Information Sheet (SGIS) through this link:

A Reference Number will be issued upon the submission of the SGIS.
Kindly use the reference number in place of the account number for downpayment.
STEP 6:
Pay the downpayment to the UM Cashier with real time validation of payment or pay through payment center or bank (https://tinyurl.com/UMPaymentChannels2021) with 2-3 days validation of payment.
STEP 7:
Login to the UM Student Portal through this link student.umindanao.edu.ph using your student ID number and the access code as temporary password for announcements.
STEP 8:
Proceed to the Foreign Student Coordinator to complete the enrolment process.
STEP 9:
Proceed to ID Processing Area.
STEP 10:
Wait for the issuance of your University of Mindanao email address through the student portal.
