Bridging Borders: University of Mindanao Welcomes Exchange Students from Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya, Indonesia

The College of Criminal Justice Education reached a milestone in internationalization as it will host students from the Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya, our partner higher education institution in Indonesia.

Dedicated to fostering global partnerships and producing competitive professionals in the field of Criminology, among other thrusts, this partnership also brings in an international perspective as our inbound students Ade Nuraini Rahmawati, Pasha Putri Suryani, and Putra Fathan Nur Fandris shall also share their experiences regarding the educational climate between our countries.

During their academic endeavor, they shall be immersed in the UM’s scholastic environment, gaining knowledge and exposure to the Philippines' Criminal Justice System while sharing insights from the Indonesian point of view. This is more than just a student exchange; it’s a bridge between nations. A unique platform for cultural integration and building a professional network that spans across Southeast Asia.

The University of Mindanao administration, faculty, staff, and student body extend their warmest hospitality to Ade, Pasha, and Fathan. Ensuring their tenure at UM is filled with learning, camaraderie, and the warmth and hospitality of Dabawenyos.

Welcome to the home of the Ga! We are proud to be part of your academic journey!
