ENROLMENT PROCEDURE FOR JURIS DOCTOR STUDENTS
STEP 1:
Submit the following to this email address (enrolment@umindanao.edu.ph) for evaluation:
- Letter of Intent
- Student contact number
- Scanned copy of Transcript of Records
- Scanned copy of CEM_LSQT result
- Any valid I.D. (Note: Before proceed to STEP 2, wait for the email where you will receive the result of your evaluation)
STEP 2:
Make an appointment before the Administrative Assistant of College of Legal Education office for the schedule of interview and entrance examination through this email address cle@umindanao.edu.ph
STEP 3:
Fill out the Student General Information Sheet (SGIS) through this link:
student.umindanao.edu.ph
A Reference Number will be issued upon the submission of the SGIS.
Keep the reference number for your payment.
STEP 4:
Pay the downpayment to the UM Cashier with real time validation of payment or pay through payment center or bank (https://tinyurl.com/UMPaymentChannels2021) with 2 days validation of payment.
STEP 5:
Wait for an email or SMS alert where you will receive a confirmation stating your Student ID Number and Access Code. If you do not receive any confirmation you may call the Cashier office at 227-5456 local 118.
STEP 6:
Login to the UM Student Portal through student.umindanao.edu.ph using your student ID number and the access code as temporary password for announcements.
STEP 7:
Under ONLINE ENROLMENT, click on ENROLL COURSE.
STEP 8:
Choose your desired session then click YES for the final class schedule or click ENLIST to choose your preferred subjects and schedule as advised by the system
STEP 9:
Click on SUBMIT FINAL for your class schedule. After that, take a screenshot
of your enrolled subjects.
This will serve as the temporary copy of your Certificate
of Matriculation (UM Form 1).
STEP 10:
Wait for the issuance of your University of Mindanao email address through the student portal.
STEP 11:
Sign and claim your printed Certificate of Matriculation (UM Form 1) at the Admission’s Office upon submission of Admission requirements.
STEP 12:
Proceed to I.D. processing area.
Note: Submit the following requirements on or before the end of semester:
- Original copy of Certificate of Honorable Dismissal or Certificate of Transfer Credential
- Original and Photocopy of Certificate of Live Birth (PSA) copy
- Original and Photocopy of Certificate of Marriage (PSA) copy, for married women
- Certificate of Eligibility (C-1), for students who started Law program in other school
- Special Order (if applicable)
- CEM_LSQT result
